Collected Data

Temposcore collects data provided by the user such as email address, favorite teams and leagues, push notification permission, and preferences for viewing rewarded ads.

Additionally, the app may process device-related and usage data including device type, IP address, app usage statistics, ad impressions and interactions, as well as crash and error reports.

Temposcore does not collect any location data or credit card/payment information.

Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data is used to enable user login, personalize content based on preferences, and enhance user experience.

It is also used for analytics to monitor and improve the app's performance, and to manage rewarded ad systems and monetization.

Temposcore does not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Firebase is used for user authentication, data storage, push notifications, and analytics.

AdMob provides in-app advertisements and tracks their performance and interactions.

SportMonks supplies live football data and statistics, which are integrated server-side and do not involve user data collection.

User Rights

Users have the right to access their personal data, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request complete deletion of their data.

They may also limit data processing activities or file a complaint with relevant data protection authorities.

All requests can be submitted via support@temposcore.app.

Data Retention

Account-related data is retained for as long as the user account remains active. Upon account deletion, such data is permanently removed.

Usage data may be stored anonymously for up to 14 months for analytical purposes. Crash reports are generally retained for up to 90 days.

Data Security

All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. Access to servers is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Login operations are securely handled using Firebase Authentication. All data is stored on secure infrastructures like AWS and Firebase.

Temposcore applies regular security updates and conducts continuous system testing.

Children's Use

Temposcore is not intended for children under the age of 13. If any such data is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted.

The app is designed for a general audience, primarily targeting individuals aged 18 and above.
